Dr. D.Y. Patil college of Ayurved And Research Institute, Navi Mumbai was established in 2004 with permissions from the Central Council of Indian Medicine (C.C.I.M.) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare–New Delhi (India). With Ayurved slowly aspiring global recognition, it is important that the education in such a specialized field be imparted to students who wish to pursue it as a career. At the Dr. D. Y. Patil college of Ayurved, the students are exposed to all the different aspects of this science. Being part of a campus that also houses the Dr. D.Y.Patil Medical and Dental colleges ensures that the students get to interact with a spectrum of individuals from different areas of health sciences.
