D.Y Patil Medical College is a medical institution established by the D.Y Educational Society, Kohlapur (a Deemed University). The college is a constituent unit of the Dr. D.Y. Patil Education Society and its name is also included in World Health Organization (WHO) directory. The college’s mission is providing training to young generation so that they can bring relief to the humans and developing newer technologies and methods for the improvement of the quality of treatment. College’s vision is to become an innovator and promoter in the health education and to contribute ceaselessly to the growth of knowledge. Established in the year 2005 the college offers courses in the medical field including MBBS at graduate level and MD/MS/PG Diploma at post graduate level. Hostel facility is available for its students.
